The most awaited Malayalam movie of 2011 - King and Commissioner, starring the two superstars of Malayalam film is planning to release on Onam 2011. The actual release date of the King and Commissioner will be announced later. King and Commissioner will be a reunion of Mammootty and Suresh Gopi. But the most important reunion is in between the director of King and Commissioner Shaji Kailas and Script Writer of King and Commissioner Ranji Panikkar. This is the first film of the master brains of Malayalam film world after twenty years of their split.
Mammootty is doing the role of Thevalliparambil Joseph Alex IAS, the same character of famous and one of the greatest hit of Malayalam film world- King. Suresh Gopi will be doing famous character that has changed his life long years before. He is doing the role of Bharath Chandran IPS. In fact, King and Commissioner will be his third film as Bharath Chandran after Commissioner and Bharath Chandran IPS.
The Pooja of the King and Commissioner Pooja launch and shooting was started on June 6 in New Delhi.
