Vinayachandran gets a new name Dr. Love in the college. Vinayachandran is ready to do anything for love couples. Vinayachandran is ready to do anything for love beings. He changes the life of college and becomes a super hero in the college.

Bhavana is the heroine in Dr. Love. She is doing the role of Abin in this movie. Abin, just like her name she is very aggressive like boys. Dr. Love story makes a new turn when a student- Royi want Abin in his life. He says the matter to Vinayachandran. Vinayachandran takes this as his next case.
