The story of Spanish Masala is about a Malayali boy falling in love with a Spanish girl in Spanish. The movie is one of it's kind that has almost 95% of it's shooting in Spain. Along with Dileep and the foreign heroine Daniela Zacherl, the film enjoys a huge casting. After a short gap, Kunchako Boban joins in hand with Dileep in this film. He is handling a very important role in the movie.
